It’s Finished; OceanGate CEO, Son, 3 Other Titanic Voyagers Proclaimed Dead

In another news, five people attempted to explore the Titanic wreck, so they built a submersible and dived into the ocean on Sunday, but as of today Thursday June 22, 2023; it’s assumed the five people onboard the submersible are deceased:

In a statement obtained by CNN, OceanGate said: “We now believe that our CEO Stockton Rush, Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman Dawood, Hamish Harding, and Paul-Henri Nargeolet, have sadly been lost.”

“These men were true explorers who shared a distinct spirit of adventure, and a deep passion for exploring and protecting the world’s oceans.”

“Our hearts are with these five souls and every member of their families during this tragic time. We grieve the loss of life and joy they brought to everyone they knew.”

Me: To explore is part of human and won’t ever stop. Several fields of development today came as a result of the daring attitudes of some people to pioneer certain discoveries which today we pride in the availability of updates from such explorations. What I can’t really understand is why this voyage was not conducted via robotics, at least for the first time; which probably would mean no lives lost. How i wish this could be reversed…
